At ADS we have pioneered the technique of piering, shoring and underpinning by hand on sites with restricted access, and often on sites with suitable access for heavy machinery but on which we may be a more cost effective alternative.

The Company was established in 1999 by two brothers and has expanded to a team of ten. The owners have 25 years combined experience in the field and continue to expand in the types of jobs undertaken.

The ground conditions in the area in which we operate are mainly made up of a variety of sand types, sandstone bedrock is sometimes encountered below sand level. Over the years we have invented and developed equipment and methods to handle various situations and tackle difficult projects.

We have completed many jobs across the Eastern suburbs, with many projects such as homes, home additions, apartment blocks, commercial premises and swimming pools not being possible without our sub surface solutions, ingenuity and plain hard work.
